I worked with Hannah through our discovery session to uncover everything about her business including its mission, values, audience, positioning, competitors and challenges.
This led to the creation of a visual direction and strategy for her business.
We created a strategy around the brands visuals; how these would work in every business function while enforcing the brand identity.

I produced brand guidelines and a handy one page reminder sheet so it is easy to stay on strategy.

We developed patterns to introduce a premium aesthetic. We introduced textures to allow digital elements to feel more tactile.

Hannah is always available for her clients and she wanted to extend this personal touch to sending out bespoke greetings cards. We created the new house illustration so that these were unique. The greetings cards feels professional while allowing a hand written congratulations.

Social media is essential for HM Mortgages. Hannah’s excellent service and demeanour mean that word of mouth often leads to new clients. Using social media’s visibility, reach and sharing means that potential clients have an easy means to enquire and spread the love while enjoying regular updates.
